I am considered quite active, because I never shy away from challenging and innovative proposals, and as this site of mine demonstrates, I am an active part of really many different artistic-practical-intellectual activities. But I also like to treat myself well, and enjoy peace and the right company, into the periods of absolute relaxation and recuperation.
About nourishment is concerned -where the Spirit is satisfied with my never tame imagination- for the Body I have been a vegan since 2008, and modesty aside, I know I am an excellent cook. But I want to point out that I spent years in; Africa, Eastern Europe and Arab places, so I have no problem with those who are not like me when it comes to food. I know that diversity is something functional in the world and not something that creates estrangement.
Relating in depth with someone who has suffered trauma or has not yet recovered from it
, requires extreme delicacy in the approach
, and a firm ethical hold when you then let yourself go to confidence.
